House Rules
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests at Galina’s Greek House, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules:
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please inform us in advance of the total number of guests in your party.
Noise & Respect for Neighbors
Please respect quiet hours from 3:30pm to 5:30pm and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Parties or events are not permitted unless pre-approved (for weddings, yoga retreats, etc.).
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Smoking is allowed outdoors in designated areas. Please use ashtrays and dispose of cigarette waste properly.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangements are made and confirmed.
Property Care
Please treat the home with care and respect. Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.
Guests are responsible for the cost of any significant damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Safety
For your safety, please ensure that doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
Follow all local safety advisories during your stay.
Waste & Recycling
Please dispose of trash and recycling in designated bins.
Instructions for local waste collection are provided in the house manual.
Events
If you plan to host an event (e.g., wedding, baptism, yoga retreat), this must be pre-approved at the time of booking.

Cancelation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply to all direct bookings at Galina’s Greek House (note: third-party platform bookings such as Airbnb or Booking.com may follow their respective policies):
Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in date
Full refund of the booking amount (excluding any bank/payment processing fees).
Cancellation 7 to 29 days before check-in date
50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in date
No refund.
No-show or early departure
No refund.
Additional Terms:
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
- Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- If your booking was made through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb or Booking.com), their cancellation policy and refund terms will apply — please review them when booking.
Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events), we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to find the best possible solution, which may include rescheduling your stay or offering a credit for future use.
- We always aim to be fair and flexible — please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any questions or special circumstances regarding your booking.
