A washing machine is available for your convenience in the main living area of the house outside the kitchen. Washing in cold water will preserve the colors of your fabrics. You will find detergent in the cupboard near the washer. There is no dryer, feel free to hang your clothes on the line outside the kitchen door.

Heating/AC:

The property has air conditioning/ heating units; please feel free to use them when necessary. Each AC has its own remote. 

Cleaning:

The house is cleaned weekly upon departures. If you are staying for longer than a week please let us know if you would like to have the house cleaned during your stay.

Balconies:

Multiple Balconies with Seating Areas Sunbathing Loungers

Water Views Access: Guests have access to the top two floors of the house

One private storage room and ground floor apartment are not accessible to guests
